For U.S. orders, we accept returns and exchanges in the original unused, unworn and unaltered condition with the tags attached. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days after the delivery date.

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are listed below. Please allow two to five business days for your order to be fulfilled. Shipping time is dependent upon location.

 

All orders are shipped with full tracking. Once delivered, packages are the responsibility of the customer. Sense is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.

 

Shipping options:

  • United States: Free and arrive in 2-4 business days.
  • Canada: $15 and arrive in 3-10 business days.
  • International: $20 and will arrive in 5-22 days.

Shipping to the United States is free for all orders.

Customs and Duties

No duties are charged on orders shipped to the United States and Canada. Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. Customs, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges to customers that do not pay customs duties.
